Frisee That Much : Athletic club

 Here's my most recent indoors Nerf howler ball throw. As in my original video, I held the ball above my shoulder and then I threw the ball without wide telegraphing motions. 

  In this video you'll see me throwing the thinner version of Yellow Bolt indoors. I am working on throwing the Yellow Bolt without wide telegraphing hand movements. 

  I did a Google search for FTM. I found the above. These results seem to change periodically. I was impressed with their entry though.

  I had a nice little session of FTM disc throws with my niece's husband, Kes, yesterday evening. I will do so next time though. You can see the disc that was used in my videos up above. I bought the Stealth pro 175 gram disc from Newitts UK via their website. I am impressed with the disc. It flies well.

  In this quick video you'll see me throwing my Discraft  J star 145 gram disc at 6 plastic skittles placed onto a small computer table. This is a unique hand eye coordination exercise I have developed. It was quite hard to do as I was recording with my left hand and throwing the disc at the same time using my right hand.
