Hand eye coordination exercise using an Ultrastar 145 gram disc against skittles

 


In this quick video you'll see me throwing my Discraft  J star 145 gram disc at 6 plastic skittles placed onto a small computer table. This is a unique hand eye coordination exercise I have developed. It was quite hard to do as I was recording with my left hand and throwing the disc at the same time using my right hand.
